Fees
I am a preferred provider for several insurance companies and EAPs.
Please review the complete list of participating insurance companies and EAPs.
I can bill other insurance companies as an out-of-network provider.
Fees for my services are:

| Extended phone conversations | $185 per hour (prorated) | |
| Reports/review of records | $150 per hour | |
I offer therapy on a sliding scale to a limited number of clients.
